An infographic animation around the historic research of the Spinosaurus. The Spinosaurus has had a lot of revelations in how it could have lived, but most interestingly is how we came to know it. After its original found remains were destroyed in WW2, many years went by with people unsure if the creature even existed. Only in recent years has a complete skeleton of this dinosaur has been found and has changed how we look at it. This find was only successful due to people monitoring the fossil poaching, a serious issue among palaeontology.
